We were meant to experience beginnings and endings in community. Our births, transitions, and everything in between deserve reverence, dignity, and unwavering support. As a full spectrum doula I offer trauma informed care, emotional support, and evidence-based information to help folk make the best decisions for themselves and their families from pre-conception to end of life.

We all deserve to feel safe in our bodies, confident in our choices, and encouraged to shoot for the stars. The services I provide are a part of a great awakening, a relearning of our birth-right, and opportunity to give ourselves the permission to imagine and embody our wildest dreams taking shape.

I am emboldened by the opportunity to support folk in my community step into each season of their lives bravely. It is my goal to create more chances to experience wonder and enchantment amidst even the most challenging circumstances. I am dedicated to be the warmth, care, and wise woman for others that I so desperately have needed myself. Whether in gladness or in grief each of us deserves to be seen wholly and held fully.
